Lucky Rabbit
01 · Overview

More than a logo. A promise.

A brand is often confused with design. But design is only one part of it. A brand is the sum of many pieces — vision, mission, values, positioning, personality, voice, and identity.

At its core, a brand is the relationship between a company and its community. It is the promise an organization makes to the people it serves. The Lucky Rabbit brand is how our federal, healthcare, state & local, and commercial clients know what to expect from us — and how our team knows how to show up.

02 · Purpose

Imagine. Build. Deliver.

Our purpose is the engine behind every engagement, product, and partnership. It defines why we exist and what we owe the people we serve.

Lucky Rabbit was founded January 2, 2020 — just before the world changed. Within weeks, COVID-19 reshaped how organizations worked, served customers, and delivered missions. That moment confirmed our founding belief: innovation should serve people.

We were built virtual-first — a distributed team of leadership, advisors, engineering, delivery, quality, and growth, spanning multiple states — bringing imagination, engineering, and disciplined execution to every engagement.

Today we operate as a hybrid company: virtual at our core, with on-site delivery teams wherever the mission requires a human in the room — including VA nationwide staffing across all 50 U.S. states and other client engagements that require resources inside facilities.

To imagine, build, and deliver solutions that help people, organizations, and communities thrive.

On April 1, 2026, Lucky Rabbit officially became both a services and product company — and a hybrid one — building proprietary products alongside the mission services we deliver to federal, state, healthcare, and commercial clients, with on-site teams supporting clients who need boots-on-the-ground delivery.

03 · Values

The values that unite us.

Values define who we are at our essence. They connect the work across every Lucky Rabbit engagement — government, healthcare, commercial, product, and community — and create shared threads of consistency across our team.

Curiosity
We ask better questions. We explore better answers.
Integrity
Accountable to our clients, partners, and communities.
Grace with Truth
Honest. Respectful. Human.
Compassion
Real people. Real needs. Real outcomes.
Innovation
Imagineering — imagination + engineering + execution.
Flexibility
Hybrid by design — virtual core, on-site where the mission requires.
Transparency
Clear communication. Clear ownership. Clear path.
Joy
Serious about the work. Light about ourselves.
04 · Beliefs

What we believe — and why we show up.

Beliefs flow out of values and drive the external work we do for clients and communities. They're the "what" and the "why" behind every engagement.

Curiosity →
We believe better questions lead to better outcomes.

We don't show up with all the answers. We show up to listen, learn, and explore — because the right path forward almost always starts with the right question.

Integrity →
We believe trust is earned through accountability.

We make commitments we can keep, and we keep the commitments we make. Our partners can count on what we say to match what we do.

Grace with Truth →
We believe honesty and humanity belong together.

We say the real thing — kindly. We protect people while still telling the truth, because long-term trust depends on both.

Compassion →
We believe technology should serve people.

Behind every system, contract, and workflow are humans whose lives are touched by our work. We build for them — not around them.

05 · Behaviors

How we show up — every day.

Behaviors flow out of beliefs and drive how we show up as people and as an organization. This is the "how" behind every Lucky Rabbit engagement.

Curiosity →
We lead with questions, not answers.

Before we propose, we ask. Before we build, we listen. We meet clients and communities where they are — and let real understanding guide the work.

Integrity →
We stay accountable end-to-end.

We own outcomes — not just deliverables. From kickoff to operations, we keep ownership of the result our clients hired us to create.

Grace with Truth →
We hold space for hard conversations.

Healthy teams talk through the hard stuff. We protect the relationship and the truth at the same time, because both matter.

Compassion →
We design for the person on the other end.

Veterans, patients, public servants, citizens, customers, teammates — every system we build affects a real human. We never forget that.

06 · Elevator Pitch

How we introduce ourselves.

When meeting a partner, prospect, or community member for the first time, the elevator pitch is our shared way of explaining who Lucky Rabbit is — without slipping into jargon.

Hi, we're Lucky Rabbit. We're an Imagineering-inspired services and product company helping federal, state, healthcare, and commercial organizations modernize how they operate, serve people, and deliver outcomes. Through human-centered digital services, AI-enabled solutions, healthcare operations and staffing, rapid product studios, and proprietary products like AgentVrify and the AutoBridge Integrator family — we stand in our clients' gaps and help them push through.

07 · Visual Identity

Logo, color, and type.

Our visual identity is recognizable, intentional, and consistent across every surface — from our public site to client deliverables.

A rabbit — quick, observant, adaptive, creative. "Lucky" is the belief that preparation, courage, and opportunity meet when the right people align around the right mission. Always pair the mark with the "Lucky Rabbit LLC" lockup on dark surfaces.

08 · Accessibility & 508

Modern design and accessible by default.

Lucky Rabbit serves federal, state, and healthcare clients — so our own public site has to hold the same bar we hold for theirs. The brand is bold, dark, and editorial, but never at the expense of who can use it.

Every page on luckyrabbit.tech is designed and built to align with WCAG 2.1 AA, the technical baseline referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Below are the rules that govern how the Lucky Rabbit brand and 508 conformance live in the same product — without watering either one down.

Keyboard-first

Every menu, modal, form, and CTA is fully operable with a keyboard — including the mega-menus and the Service Catalog modal.

Visible focus

A high-contrast brand-green focus ring appears on every interactive element. Focus state is part of the brand, not a default override.

Assistive-friendly

Semantic landmarks, ARIA labels on nav and modals, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and aria-hidden on decorative icons.

Brand × 508 — how they coexist
  • Dark navy backgrounds with white body text and brand-green accents are chosen to clear WCAG 2.1 AA contrast minimums (4.5:1 for body, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Editorial Lora italics and Montserrat extrabold display type are used for character — never to replace semantic headings. The H1–H6 hierarchy is honored on every page.
  • Animations (framer-motion fades, slide-ups, subtle parallax) respect the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting and collapse to instant transitions when requested.
  • Modals (Service Catalog detail, mobile nav) use role="dialog", aria-modal, Escape-to-close, and locked body scroll — so the brand's immersive overlays don't trap assistive tech users.
  • Icon-only buttons (close, hamburger, social) carry aria-label values so screen readers announce their purpose, not just "button".
  • Decorative grid patterns, hero photos, and background gradients are marked aria-hidden so they never compete with the content for screen reader attention.
  • Forms use visible labels, required-field indicators, and announce success/error states to assistive tech — even on the marketing Contact form.
Rules for new pages & components
  1. 1Start every page with a <main id="main-content"> landmark so the global Skip to Content link works.
  2. 2Use real heading levels — one H1 per page, then logical H2/H3 nesting. Don't fake hierarchy with font size alone.
  3. 3Pair every brand-green accent against a background that clears 4.5:1 contrast for text or 3:1 for non-text UI.
  4. 4Any custom interactive element (cards, dropdowns, tabs) must expose a name, role, and value — and must be reachable by Tab.
  5. 5Decorative is decorative. Meaningful imagery gets alt text; ornamental visuals get aria-hidden.
  6. 6If you introduce motion, gate it on prefers-reduced-motion. The brand still works without animation.

09 · Page Style Guides

How the brand shows up on each page.

Every primary page on LuckyRabbit.tech has its own visual rhythm, voice posture, and component vocabulary. Use these as guardrails when adding new pages or extending existing ones — the goal is consistency, not uniformity.

The home page is Lucky Rabbit's front porch. It must feel confident and human in the same breath — bold typography, deep navy depth, and a steady rhythm of green to signal momentum without shouting.

Services pages should feel structured and methodical. We're showing breadth and depth — every service deserves clarity, an icon system, and a consistent visual rhythm so visitors can scan, compare, and commit.

Impact pages should feel warmer and more photographic. The brand softens here: more white space, more story-led content, more partner faces, and metrics that point at people, not just performance.
