Lucky Rabbit, LLC was founded on January 2, 2020, just before the world changed. What began as a bold step into entrepreneurship quickly became a real-world test of adaptability, resilience, and purpose.
Within weeks of our launch, COVID-19 reshaped how organizations worked, served customers, supported employees, and delivered mission outcomes. For Lucky Rabbit, that moment confirmed one of our founding beliefs: innovation should serve people.

From fully virtual to hybrid by design.
Lucky Rabbit was built virtual-first. For our first six years, our distributed team operated across multiple states — bringing together talent from across the country, supporting clients with flexibility, and building solutions without being limited by geography. That posture is still core to who we are.
On April 1, 2026, our story evolved. With the launch of our new healthcare staffing solution supporting VA nationwide staffing across all 50 U.S. states, Lucky Rabbit officially became a hybrid company — combining our virtual operating core with on-site delivery teams placed inside VA medical centers, clinics, and partner facilities. The same hybrid posture now applies to any client engagement that requires resources to be on-site at a facility.
Virtual where the work moves faster digitally. On-site where the mission requires a human in the room. Same Imagineering mindset — imagination, engineering, storytelling, and disciplined execution — now expressed across both surfaces to solve real-world problems in government, healthcare, technology, staffing, and commercial markets.

AgentVrify, AI Assistants, and the AutoBridge Integrator family now sit side-by-side with our delivery teams, giving our people both client outcomes and product upside.
